Their unique pyramid shape, with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface. The radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place and can be turned over for self-cleaning when the burners are fired on high with the lid closed.

Additionally, heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates with a special non-stick electro-polished finish ensure optimal performance over both briquette and "U" burner sections. The two-position warming rack conveniently stores up and out of the way when not in use.
